Curiosity, put to work.

About

I begin with curiosity. I finish with work.

I am Deepak Lalan, a technologist, strategist, author, inventor, entrepreneur, and decentralized-identity advocate based in Bengaluru, India.

For 22 years, I have worked where emerging technology meets large-scale execution: enterprise architecture, blockchain, biometrics, cloud, AI, digital identity, and business transformation.

Technology creates value when someone asks the right question, applies sound judgment, and has the discipline to carry an idea through complexity, constraints, and reality.

Today, I serve as Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer at The Hashgraph Group and Founder & CEO of Godtype.ai. My focus is the next generation of trusted digital infrastructure: decentralized identity, verifiable data, AI-enabled enterprises, and systems designed for people.

Perspective begins where the familiar ends.

Personal

Curiosity does not clock out.

I find perspective on long rides, clarity in quiet discipline, and energy in new routes, on the road and off it.

Adventure is movement, awareness, risk, and the willingness to continue when the path becomes difficult.

That mindset shapes my work: stay curious, choose carefully, commit fully, and finish what matters.
